1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PokéCheck, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website, search index, or camera scanning tools.

2. Account Registration

To utilize card collection binder tracking and free search lookup quotas, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login information and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Usage Limits

We provide search and image scanning quotas based on membership levels:

• Free Tier: Limited to one (1) card search or camera scan per 7-day period. Circumventing this limit via multiple accounts, scrapers, or automation is strictly prohibited.
• Lifetime Tier: Unlimited searches and scans. Subject to fair-use policies to prevent server resource exhaustion or denial-of-service patterns.

4. Billing & One-Time Payments

Upgrades to the Lifetime Plan require a one-time charge of $10. Payment transactions are executed securely through our payment distributor, Lemon Squeezy. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by local consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

PokéCheck is a value checker utility application.

• Price data is provided for informational and approximate estimation purposes only. We do not guarantee price accuracy or trade matching values.
