• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and secure a hashed password via our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Collection Data: We store the cards you add to your portfolio (card ID, variant, and timestamp) in our database to provide the "My Cards" feature.
• Images (Camera Scanning): When you scan a card, the image is temporarily uploaded to our server to compute a perceptual hash. The image is deleted immediately after the hash is generated. We do not store or use your photos for any other purpose.

2. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate PokéCheck securely:

• Supabase: Handles user authentication and secure database storage. Review their Privacy Policy.
• Gumroad: Handles all payment processing and subscription management. We do not collect or store your credit card information. Review their Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage (via the browser) strictly for functional purposes: to keep you logged in (via the Supabase SDK) and to store temporary application state. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and collection data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
