Delete Your Account

Delete your account from inside the app

Open PokéCheck, tap the avatar in the top right, then Delete account at the bottom of the screen. You will be asked to confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@pokecheck.online from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Everything tied to the account: your sign-in details, your collection, your price alerts and their history, your notification settings, and the push token registered for your device. All of it is removed permanently and none of it is recoverable afterwards.

What is not affected

The card database, prices and artwork are public reference data about Pokémon cards. They are not personal to you, are not derived from your use of the app, and stay as they are.

Purchases are held by Google Play or Apple, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — manage that in your store account before deleting.
